Questions We Hear Before Booking
The things clients most often ask before and after a session, answered plainly.
Do I need to already play well to get fit?
No. Fitting helps golfers at every level, and higher-handicap players often see the largest change, since rack clubs rarely account for slower swing speeds or steep, inconsistent contact.
How long does a session take?
Single-club sessions (driver, fairway wood, hybrid, wedge, or putter) run 45 to 60 minutes. Iron set fittings run 60 to 90 minutes. A full bag assessment covering the whole bag typically takes 2 to 3 hours.
Do I have to buy clubs after my session?
Never. You receive a full written report with our recommendations and can decide later. If you do order, the session fee is credited in full toward the purchase.
What should I bring with me?
Bring the clubs relevant to your fitting, the shoes you normally wear on the course, and a rough sense of your typical scores if you know them.
What exactly do you measure that a normal fitting doesn't?
Alongside ball speed, spin, and carry, we track how steeply each shot arrives and how far it rolls after the first bounce — so a recommendation accounts for what happens once the ball reaches the green, not only how it got there.
How soon do I get my new clubs after ordering?
Most builds finish in-house within a week, since we stock components and assemble on-site rather than routing orders through an outside factory queue.
Do you fit left-handed golfers?
Yes. Our demo wall includes left-handed heads across every major category, and the capture setup works the same regardless of which side you swing from.
Can I book a session if I already like my current set?
Absolutely. Plenty of clients come in just to confirm their current specs are correct, or to check lie angle and shaft fit on clubs they already own.
Do you offer follow-up adjustments after a build?
Yes. Any loft, lie, or length adjustment needed within 30 days of a build is included at no extra charge while your swing settles into the new equipment.
